Thank you again to those on last week’s call! I am excited about this re-focus and looking forward to the year ahead.
I have my gratitude journal for my daily entries. I have my yoga schedule (and even made the 6am Friday morning class last week)! Did anyone have additional suggestions for must-read books on gratitude?

Thank you for your update. I am thrilled with your progress and encouragement for us all. I have added a few more folks to the forum today so I hope to see more responses and contributions soon!
Please keep us posted on how you recognize when a button is pushed and what is the next step you take to determine what may have caused it?
